I had a great day yesterday with few friends. We took part in one event, it was really exciting and fun.
And this band was there too, an energetic live band. I saw them first time now on stage.

Eilen elin jännittäviä hetkiä yhdessä ihanien ihmisten kanssa. Osallistuimme erääseen tapahtumaan. Hieno seikkailu.
Ja tämä bändi soitti siellä myös, hyvä live bändi, tykkäsin.

treasures

We found a treasure by the sea; a superball with stars. And the best, it shows the whole world upside down.
We found also thousands of tadpoles from a big puddle, and spring flowers from the woods.
We were sitting by the sea at our tiny hut, eating blueberry pie and drinking tea and thinking it couldn´t get any better.

And now the postman just brought me a letter from a friend*

Kevätpäivän pieniä iloja ja aarteita; merenrannalta löytyi superpallo josta näkyy paitsi tähtiä, myös koko maailma ylösalaisin. Lätäköstä löytyi nutipäitä, metsästä niin sinisiä kuin valkoisiakin vuokkoja.
Istuttiin pienen tuvan pihamaalla ja syötiin mustikkapiirakkaa. Keitettiin aina lisää kahvia ja teetä eikä maltettu tehdä muuta kuin vain olla.

Tallinn ll

I like the city of Tallinn. It´s very contradictory and fascinating. You can see the time levels while walking down the streets of beautiful ancient old town with it´s candy colored houses, cute and sweet. But outside of that, the city is all the time changing and moving and growing. At first it seems to be a full chaos with old and new, wood and glass, like a playground for architects thru some years. Very interesting.
I just hope all the levels will fit there while new is getting built.

Pidän Tallinnan katukuvasta, ristiriitaisuuksista. Vanha kaupunki hallittu ja kaunis kuin karkki, sen ulkopuolelta heti levittäytyvä näennäinen kaaos ja tyylien sekamelska, vanhaa ja uutta sikin sokin, kerrostumia.
Kiehtovaa kun kaupunki joka käyntikerralla muuttuu, uutta rakennetaan kovaa vauhtia. Kunhan vain ne kerrostumat ja historia säilyisivät katukuvassa uuden kanssa rinta rinnan.

Tallinn l

Yesterday we had already a traditional trip to Tallinn with the girls. Time to celebrate the spring, talk and walk, eat well and make a toast to the friendship.

Jo perinteeksi muodostunut tyttöjen kevätretki Tallinnaan. Yhden päivän aikana pitää kiirettä kun parannetaan maailmaa, nauretaan, syödään hyvin, nautitaan kevätpäivästä kauniissa kaupungissa ja nostetaan ystävyydelle malja. Jos toinenkin.

right here right now

Coffee in my cup is more black than the black and fair trade. The sun is shining, radio is playing my favorite songs, i´m not in a hurry today, and i´m fully enjoying it.
Papers next to me remind of "have to do this, have to do that, remember to call there and send a mail to there". Yep yep. I will do and call and send. But just right now, right here, i´m not in any kind of hurry. The sky is blue and the world is wide. At least for a moment.

Mustaakin mustempaa reilua kahvia kupissa. Aurinko paistaa, radiossa soivat hyväntuulen biisit, tänään ei ole kiire mihinkään ja otan siitä kaiken ilon irti.
Vieressä epämääräisesti täyteen piirrettyjä ja kirjoitettuja papereita; "tee tämä, sitten tuo, hoida soita ja säädä". Juu juu, ehtii ehtii. Taivas on kirkas ja maailma avara. Ainakin tämän hetken.

tervetuloa toukokuu

I´m spring rolling all over, doing this and that, keeping my self busy with different kinds of things.
So happy to see those little flowers pushing their ways thru the earth. Last autumn i hid the bulbs a bit there and there. Now i see the result, a bit there and there.
Have good start for the May!

ps. oh, and i went to see these girls when they came to Helsinki..

Kevätkiireitä. Säntäilen sinne tänne saamatta silti juuri mitään aikaiseksi.
Mutta mikä riemu krookuksista jotka nousevat pienen mökin pihamaalla. Viime syksynä niitä sipuleita summanmutikassa viskelin sinne ja tänne. Nyt niitä nousee, sieltä ja täältä.

ps. niin ja kävinhän myös kuulemassa näitä gorilla tyttöjä kun sattuivat samaan kaupunkiin..
